Do you place people in temporary jobs?
No all our positions are full-time contracts with major US hospitals.
Will I need a CV to show?
Yes our employers will need to see your CV/ Resumé. They will want to see your qualifications, level of experience, previous employers, gap years, approximate age. Additional information such as voluntary work, committees, clubs and travel that you have accomplished will also demonstrate how adaptable you are to life in a different environment.
Is Atlantic Consultants a local or national agency?
Yes, Atlantic Consultants is a based in the UK but we offer positions in the USA for anyone applying, whether that be the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas. We have contracted with providers in the US and work with them closely to ensure that you are well looked after.
What is the processing time between application and starting in a job?
Once you apply and we accept your application you will need to go through several processes: job offer; US visa application; US State Board application; and possible IELTS of TOEFL is English is not your first language. This could take up to 6 months. If you are interested it costs nothing to apply and should you receive an offer you do not have to accept it or you can choose to delay it. The earlier you start the better!
